Free wellness assessment
A short Hendeaux self-assessment for when your ambition is still high, but your energy, clarity, or follow-through feels off.
What it returns
A simple read on pressure, input load, emotional load, and physical demand.
One of four states: push, stabilize, recover, or re-scope.
A practical next action and a lane into career, wellness, or a more careful support path.
The assessment separates load, recovery capacity, plan clarity, and follow-through.
Wellness results can route to career tools, but the assessment does not become job-search advice by default.
This is educational planning support, not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or a guarantee of outcomes.

The useful answer might be more focused output. It might be a smaller plan. It might be recovery. The point is to stop guessing from guilt.
Assessment
Use the scale as a coaching signal, not a diagnosis. A higher score means more of that question is true.
How much pressure are you carrying right now from school, work, job search, family, money, or deadlines?
Count all pressure, not only the part you think should matter.
How well have you been sleeping and recovering over the last 7 days?
Higher means sleep and recovery feel steady.
How steady has your physical energy felt during the day?
Higher means you have usable energy without forcing it all day.
How much physical load are you adding through training, sports, long days, commuting, or illness/injury recovery?
Include physical demand even when it comes from healthy habits.
How emotionally loaded has this week felt?
Include conflict, uncertainty, comparison, grief, pressure, and open loops.
How much information, advice, scrolling, content, AI output, or open-loop research are you taking in?
Input can be useful and still become load.
How clear is the main outcome you are trying to move toward this month?
Higher means you can name the target without reopening the whole life plan.
How realistic is your current plan for the time, energy, and constraints you actually have?
Higher means the plan fits the week you are actually living.
How consistently have you followed through on your most important commitments over the last 7 days?
This is signal, not a character judgment.
How clear is the next action you need to take?
Higher means the next useful move is specific.
How willing are you to take one uncomfortable but useful action in the next 48 hours?
This measures available willingness, not motivation theater.
Check any that apply. These do not diagnose anything; they change the route away from product pressure.
